You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building scalable data platforms. Your expertise in Python and Java allows you to develop robust applications that handle large volumes of data efficiently. You are familiar with natural language processing techniques and have a strong understanding of machine learning principles, enabling you to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts make you a valuable team member. You are passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful user experiences and improve productivity.
What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer at Pryon, you will play a key role in developing our data platform that supports a large-scale enterprise answer engine product. You will work closely with the AI Engineering team to design and implement features that enhance our natural language processing capabilities. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth.
You will collaborate with product and platform teams to ensure that our solutions meet user needs and align with business goals. You will also be involved in optimizing system performance and scalability, ensuring that our platform can handle increasing amounts of data and user requests. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our innovative knowledge management and Retrieval-Augmented Generation platform.
