Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of designing and optimizing data platforms that support analytics and reporting. Your expertise in AWS and Apache Spark allows you to build scalable data solutions that meet evolving business needs. You are proficient in Python and SQL, enabling you to create efficient data pipelines and models that drive data-driven decision making.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data initiatives align with business objectives. Your strong communication skills help you articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of data strategies. You are committed to driving best practices in data engineering and continuously improving processes to enhance data quality and accessibility.

Desirable

Experience with Airflow for orchestrating complex data workflows is a plus, as is familiarity with data warehousing solutions. You have a passion for leveraging data to solve real-world problems, particularly in the healthcare sector, and you are eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization like QGenda.

What you'll do

As a Senior Data Engineer at QGenda, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the data platform that powers analytics and reporting across our product lines.
