What you'll do

As an Internal Auditor - Compliance at Qonto, you will be one of the first members of the newly established Internal Audit team. Your primary responsibility will be to shape the audit processes and contribute to building a robust audit methodology. You will ensure oversight of compliance processes that serve a large customer base across Europe, playing a crucial role in establishing audit standards as the company scales. You will collaborate with various teams to assess compliance risks and recommend improvements. Your insights and recommendations will be vital in maintaining the integrity of Qonto's operations and ensuring that the company adheres to regulatory requirements. You will also participate in developing training materials and conducting training sessions to enhance compliance awareness within the organization.
