What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and grow multiple engineering teams, focusing on hiring and developing talent to support the company's growth. You will own the AI Core Mission, driving the strategic roadmap for integrating AI technologies, including LLMs and embeddings, into the product. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the systems are resilient, scalable, and easy to build on, while also collaborating closely with senior technical leaders to drive execution across platform strategy and business growth.

You will be responsible for mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating career development discussions. You will also work closely with product teams to ensure that the backend systems effectively support user-facing features, enhancing the overall user experience. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables, ensuring that the engineering teams are well-informed and engaged in the company's mission.
