What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Product Operations team at Qualtrics, overseeing the entire Product Development Lifecycle from Discovery to Maturation. You will be responsible for establishing governance frameworks that ensure operational excellence and continuous optimization of processes. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align product strategy with execution.
You will facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure that all team members are aligned on goals and timelines. By fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration, you will help eliminate friction points in the development process. Your ability to analyze data will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices across the team.
You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing team members, helping them grow in their roles and enhancing their skills in product operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the team towards achieving aggressive goals and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
