What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Research to scale and optimize the UX research function at Qualtrics. You will lead efforts to connect data and insights from various sources to strengthen the overall user experience. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing research strategies that align with business goals, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate with product teams to ensure that user insights are integrated into the design process, ultimately enhancing the quality of the products we deliver. You will also be responsible for measuring the impact of research initiatives and communicating findings to stakeholders.
