Who you are

You have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, particularly in the context of medical imaging. Your expertise allows you to tackle complex challenges in image processing and analysis, and you are passionate about applying technology to improve healthcare outcomes. You are familiar with the latest advancements in MRI protocols and have experience optimizing imaging techniques for better diagnostic accuracy.

You possess a solid understanding of various imaging tasks such as registration, denoising, segmentation, and 3D scene reconstruction. Your technical skills in Python enable you to implement algorithms effectively, and you are comfortable working with large datasets typical in medical applications. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams to drive innovation in medical technology.

What you'll do

As a Deep Learning Engineer at QuantCo, you will be part of the Virdx team, focusing on developing non-invasive imaging solutions for cancer detection. You will work on optimizing MRI protocols and applying deep learning techniques to enhance the performance of imaging algorithms. Your role will involve collaborating with physicists, engineers, and medical professionals to ensure that the solutions you develop meet clinical needs and improve patient outcomes.

You will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of performance in various imaging tasks, including but not limited to registration, denoising, segmentation, and 3D scene reconstruction. You will also contribute to the research and development of novel algorithms that can potentially replace traditional biopsy procedures, making a significant impact on cancer diagnostics.
