You have a strong background in product marketing with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that connect product innovation with market demand. Your expertise includes crafting compelling product messaging and positioning new features effectively. You are a creative storyteller and a data-driven decision-maker who thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product value clearly to customers and stakeholders. Your experience includes conducting market research and competitive analysis, which informs your strategic decisions. You are passionate about the real estate finance industry and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
Desirable
Experience in the real estate or construction finance sector is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. You are comfortable managing email campaigns and developing content that resonates with target audiences. A background in analytics and performance measurement will help you track the success of your marketing initiatives.
