Who you are

You have a strong background in cloud technologies with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, and GCP — you've successfully led cloud transformation projects for enterprise clients, guiding them from initial assessments to post-migration optimization. Your expertise in designing migration strategies and executing them effectively sets you apart in the field.

You are skilled in conducting technical discovery and application assessments to evaluate cloud readiness — you understand the complexities involved in migrating workloads from on-premises data centers to the cloud and can articulate the benefits of various migration patterns, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and re-architecture.

Your experience includes building cloud landing zones with proper governance, security baselines, and identity management — you are adept at ensuring that cloud environments are not only functional but also secure and compliant with industry standards. You have a knack for collaborating with application teams to refactor legacy workloads into cloud-native architectures, utilizing containers, serverless solutions, and managed services.

You are familiar with hybrid connectivity design, including dedicated interconnects and site-to-site VPNs — your ability to integrate on-premises systems with cloud solutions is a key asset. You have a proven track record of documenting migration runbooks, cutover plans, and rollback procedures, ensuring smooth transitions during production migrations.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with customer teams to deliver production-ready cloud solutions — your communication skills enable you to build strong relationships and effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with third-party migration tools and services is a plus — you are always looking for ways to optimize the migration process and improve efficiency. Familiarity with cost optimization and performance tuning post-migration will enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive end-to-end cloud transformation for enterprise clients, starting with application assessments and moving through to migration execution and post-migration support. You will evaluate on-premises workloads and design tailored migration strategies that align with client needs and business objectives.

You will lead cloud assessment engagements using native discovery tools, building business cases that include total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis and migration roadmaps. Your hands-on approach will involve executing migrations using platform-native services and third-party tools, ensuring that all workloads are transitioned smoothly and efficiently.

Collaboration is key in this role — you will work with customers to design hybrid connectivity solutions that integrate their existing systems with cloud environments. Your expertise in building cloud landing zones will ensure that governance, security, and identity management are prioritized throughout the migration process.

You will document all aspects of the migration process, including runbooks and cutover plans, to facilitate seamless transitions and minimize downtime. Post-migration, you will provide support focused on cost optimization and performance tuning, ensuring that clients achieve the best possible outcomes from their cloud investments.
