What you'll do

As a Security Service Delivery Partner at Rackspace, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing global managed security services accounts. You will work closely with strategic customers to understand their security needs and ensure that services are delivered effectively. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback to improve service delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams to align security services with customer expectations, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards. Your ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for reporting on service performance and identifying areas for improvement.
