What you'll do

As a SOC Analyst L1 at Rackspace, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Cyber Defence team by monitoring and responding to security incidents 24x7. You will utilize Sentinel to proactively detect and respond to cyber threats, ensuring the security of customer environments across on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and multi-cloud workloads. Your responsibilities will include analyzing security alerts, investigating incidents, and collaborating with other team members to implement effective security measures.

You will also contribute to the development of operational resilience strategies, helping customers reduce their attack surface and exposure to risks. Your role will involve maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring that security practices align with industry standards.
