You possess deep expertise in public cloud services, particularly AWS and GCP, and are familiar with the latest security practices and tools. What you'll do

In this role, you will support Rackspace's Cloud Security Service by advising customers on their cloud security posture and ensuring that their cloud designs are secure. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored security solutions that leverage a wide range of public cloud services. Your responsibilities will include designing secure cloud architectures, conducting security assessments, and providing guidance on best practices for cloud security.

You will work closely with the wider Rackspace organization to deliver Fanatical Support throughout the customer journey, from initial consultation to daily operations. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of cloud security, ensuring that their environments are robust and compliant with industry standards. You will also stay updated on emerging threats and trends in cloud security, continuously improving your knowledge and skills to better serve your clients.
