What you'll do

As a Senior Network Engineer V at Rackspace, you will be a key member of the Infrastructure team, responsible for ensuring the uptime and maintenance of critical networking systems. You will take ownership of complex network issues, working diligently to resolve them and document the processes for future reference. Your role will involve responding to DDoS attacks, managing internet providers, and conducting complex maintenance to uphold standardization and uptime.

You will collaborate closely with other network engineers, providing subject matter expertise and creating training opportunities to elevate the team's overall skill set. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction as you deliver Fanatical Support that exceeds expectations. You will also be involved in planning and implementing improvements to networking processes and tools, ensuring that the team is equipped with the best practices in the industry.
