You are a Visual Designer with a strong background in motion and illustration skills — you have a passion for executing brand strategies across various platforms and touchpoints. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring location-based experiences to life for enterprise customers. You have experience in developing and implementing design systems that resonate with users and enhance brand identity.
You possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles — you are proficient in tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and you are comfortable creating both static and animated designs. You are excited about the opportunity to shape design culture and contribute to the growth of a leading geolocation company.
What you'll do
As a Visual Designer at Radar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's design culture and brand identity. You will design, develop, and implement the brand design system, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. You will collaborate with the VP of Design and other team members to create engaging visual content that communicates the value of Radar's geolocation solutions.
You will be responsible for bringing location-based experiences to life through innovative design — this includes creating illustrations, animations, and other visual assets that enhance user engagement. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects, ensuring that the design aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
