Your proficiency in Python scripting for network automation sets you apart, enabling you to develop tools that enhance network performance and reliability. You are well-versed in vendor hardware and operating systems, including Arista, Cisco, and Juniper, which you leverage to optimize network operations. Your strong knowledge of the Unix/Linux network stack and command line tools further enhances your ability to manage and troubleshoot network issues.

You are results-oriented and a highly flexible team player, capable of leading network projects and collaborating with internal teams to meet trading application requirements. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to tackle complex network issues with confidence and expertise.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the architecture, design, and strategy for research, enterprise, and trading networks. You will lead the design and deployment of trading network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and low latency. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex network issues and collaborating with internal teams to ensure network systems meet trading application requirements.

You will maintain and improve networking standards across the organization, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements. Working with remote datacenter teams, you will troubleshoot complex hardware, cabling, and optics issues, ensuring that all aspects of the network function seamlessly.

Additionally, you will develop scripts and tools for network automation and monitoring, leading initiatives to ensure network scalability and performance in line with business goals. Your expert guidance on networking protocols will be invaluable as you work to enhance the overall network infrastructure.
