You are an enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to learn about new technology and a knack for tinkering with hardware. You have experience with Windows and Mac systems, and you are comfortable troubleshooting various hardware issues. Your ability to think outside the box allows you to solve complex problems efficiently. You understand the importance of providing exceptional support to ensure a seamless experience for clients and attendees.

What you'll do

As an Event Tech Support Specialist, you will become the knowledge expert on RainFocus onsite technology. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for events around the world, which may require working an adjusted schedule from Thursday to Monday. You will be involved in Windows and Mac imaging, badge printer troubleshooting and maintenance, and providing quality assurance for new feature rollouts. Your role is essential in ensuring that all technical aspects of events run smoothly, and you will provide remote support to teams during onsite events.

You will collaborate closely with the event delivery team to understand the event delivery process and the technology involved. Your contributions will directly impact the success of events, helping to elevate the attendee experience and streamline operations. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow within the company as you gain expertise in event technology.
