You have extensive experience in design engineering, particularly in creating and maintaining design systems that enhance user experience across various platforms. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are adept at using design tools and software, and you have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the design aligns with the overall vision and goals of the product. You are also experienced in conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
What you'll do
As a Staff Design-Engineer at Ramp, you will lead the development and implementation of design systems that support our financial operations platform.
