What you'll do

As a Staff Design-Engineer at Ramp, you will lead the development and implementation of design systems that support our financial operations platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design standards and guidelines, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all products. Your role will involve creating high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications that guide the engineering team in building user interfaces.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior designers and providing guidance on best practices in design and user experience.
