What you'll do
As the FP&A Manager at Range, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning and analysis efforts as the company scales. You will work closely with the VP of Finance to deliver financial insights that guide decision-making across the business. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining financial models that forecast revenue and expenses, as well as improving reporting processes to enhance visibility into financial performance. You will partner with various teams to ensure that financial data is accurately reflected in strategic initiatives and operational plans.
You will also be responsible for analyzing financial trends and variances, providing insights that help the leadership team make informed decisions. Your role will involve preparing presentations for stakeholders that summarize financial performance and highlight key metrics. You will contribute to the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
In addition, you will mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the finance team. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential as you engage with non-financial stakeholders across the organization.
