What you'll do

As the Finance Director, you will lead a finance team of 3-4 professionals, guiding them in their daily operations and ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel. You will oversee five account groups, managing financial performance and profitability across a diverse client portfolio. Your role will involve collaborating closely with client leads and senior management to develop financial strategies that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring financial excellence, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will drive initiatives to improve financial processes and reporting, enhancing the overall efficiency of the finance function.
