Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in SaaS and subscription models. Your technical and business acumen allows you to understand the needs of various user personas, including growth marketers and financial analysts. You are a collaborative leader who can champion company culture and improve cross-functional processes, especially between Product and Engineering teams. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively liaise between different offices and teams.
You have a proven track record of delivering successful product outcomes and can evolve products to meet customer needs. Your ability to analyze market trends and user feedback enables you to prioritize features that drive recurring revenue growth. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic goals.
What you'll do
As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the product strategy for Recurly's subscription billing and management application. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to define and prioritize product features that enhance user experience and drive business growth. Your success will be measured by your ability to increase efficiency and efficacy across various user personas. You will also be responsible for managing and improving cross-functional processes within the Colombian office, ensuring alignment with Recurly's overall goals.
You will engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, using this information to inform product decisions and roadmap planning. Your role will involve conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the subscription management space.
