What you'll do
As an Android Engineer on the Brand Ad Formats team, you will be responsible for building ad experiences that enhance performance and functionality within Reddit's Android app. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement sophisticated solutions for complex challenges. Your role will involve engaging in the full development cycle, including design, development, quality assurance, experimentation, analysis, and deployment. You will contribute to evolving existing ad formats and launching new ones, ensuring that Reddit's ad offerings remain fresh and competitive.
You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for ad formats that resonate with users and advertisers alike. Your insights will help shape the direction of the team's projects, and you will be expected to provide feedback on design and functionality to ensure the best user experience. You will work closely with data analysts to measure the effectiveness of ad formats and iterate based on performance metrics.
