What you'll do

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Reddit, you will be responsible for owning projects from ideation to production. You will work closely with the Growth team to enhance the onboarding experience for new users, ensuring they have meaningful interactions with the platform. Your role will involve identifying opportunities to leverage ML models and LLMs to improve product features and user engagement.

You will collaborate with product managers and designers to define the technical architecture for key features, ensuring that they align with user needs and business goals. Your expertise will guide the engineering execution of these features, from initial design through to deployment and monitoring.

You will also mentor junior engineers, providing them with guidance and support as they work on various projects. Your leadership will help foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of best practices in machine learning engineering.
