What you'll do

As a Principal Product Designer on the Ads UX team, you will lead the design of tools that empower advertisers and account managers to create, optimize, and monitor their ad campaigns across Reddit. You will shape the strategic vision for the Ads Manager, ensuring that it meets the needs of users while driving the monetization strategy of Reddit. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate design decisions, as well as collaborating with product managers and engineers to implement your designs effectively. You will also guide efforts toward AI-driven automation, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of ad campaign management. Your expertise will be crucial in creating high-performance tools that facilitate seamless interactions between brands and users, ultimately contributing to Reddit's growth and success in the advertising space.
