Job Description
Who you are
You are a customer-obsessed individual who values building a community of users who love the product. You think of customers as investments and act as the voice of the customer for the company. You enjoy solving big problems and finding creative solutions to complex challenges in supply chain management.
You thrive in a startup environment and are excited about the opportunity to work with a founding team that has experience building billion-dollar companies. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced nature of a startup while maintaining a focus on long-term goals and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on improving cross-company collaboration and work processes in an industry that primarily relies on outdated tools like email and Excel. You will help design and implement a no-code collaboration platform that allows businesses to build and manage their processes without needing extensive IT support.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the platform meets their requirements. Your role will involve gathering user feedback, analyzing data, and iterating on the product to enhance user experience and drive adoption.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for machine learning-driven optimization in the supply chain, although this will not be the primary focus initially. Your insights will help shape the product roadmap and contribute to the overall strategy of the company.
What we offer
Regrello offers a flexible, remote culture that allows you to work from anywhere in the US, Canada, or Mexico. We provide industry-leading compensation packages and are willing to sponsor US work authorization if needed. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to reimagining supply chain automation and making a significant impact in the industry.
We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. Join us in this exciting venture and help us build a product that transforms how businesses collaborate and manage their processes.
