Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in avionics and PCBA design, with experience in developing and testing electronic systems for aerospace applications. Your expertise in Altium Designer allows you to create detailed schematics and layouts, ensuring high-quality designs that meet rigorous standards. You are familiar with embedded Linux systems and have hands-on experience with LabVIEW for testing and validation of electronic components. Your problem-solving skills enable you to troubleshoot complex issues that arise during the development process, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with cross-functional teams.

Desirable

Experience with rocket or aerospace systems is a plus, as is familiarity with RF systems and power management. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology.

What you'll do

As a Senior Avionics PCBA Technician, you will be responsible for all aspects of the electrical design on the rocket, including the development of flight computers and power systems. You will collaborate with the avionics team to ensure that all electronic components are designed and tested to meet the specific requirements of the Terran R vehicle. Your role will involve creating and reviewing design documentation, conducting tests, and analyzing results to ensure the reliability and performance of the avionics systems.
