What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Propulsion team at Relativity, focusing on the development and delivery of engines for the Terran R vehicle. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of engine components, from initial design through production and qualification. Your leadership will guide the team in achieving commercial success with the Terran R, unlocking new opportunities for scientific exploration and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and software, to ensure that all aspects of the project align with the company's goals. Your role will involve making critical decisions that impact the product and the culture of the organization, and you will have the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on the team's success. You will also be involved in shaping the processes and practices that define the Propulsion team's operations, ensuring that they are efficient and effective in delivering high-quality results.
