What you'll do
As the Manager of Data & Controls Engineering, you will lead the Factory Test team responsible for hardware testing at our Long Beach facilities. You will oversee the design, build, and operation of test assets, ensuring that they meet the rigorous standards required for the Terran R vehicle. Your role will involve collaborating with various engineering teams to support large structural tests and precise valve actuation, driving the integration of testing processes into the overall engineering workflow.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies that align with project timelines and objectives. This includes managing resources effectively, ensuring that your team has the tools and support needed to execute tests successfully.
