What you'll do

As a Senior Navigation Hardware Development Engineer at Relativity, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of navigation hardware development for the Terran R rocket. This includes designing, prototyping, testing, and validating hardware components that are critical for navigation and control systems. You will collaborate with the avionics team to ensure that the hardware integrates effectively with the vehicle's nervous system. Your role will involve conducting rigorous testing to validate the performance and reliability of navigation systems under various conditions. You will also be expected to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process, ensuring that all hardware meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
