What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Test & Launch Supply Chain, you will lead the supply chain team responsible for ensuring that the Terran R rocket is built and scaled effectively. You will oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, from sourcing raw materials to managing supplier relationships and logistics. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies that align with the company's goals for product development and market launch.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure that design specifications are met and that production schedules are adhered to. Your leadership will be critical in identifying and mitigating risks within the supply chain, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively. You will also be responsible for optimizing inventory management and reducing lead times to enhance overall operational efficiency.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will play a key role in shaping the long-term vision for the supply chain function.
