What you'll do

As the Lead Factory Test Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing of rocket components in our Long Beach facility. You will design, build, and operate test assets, ensuring that all hardware meets the required specifications and performance standards. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to develop testing protocols and methodologies that align with project goals.

You will lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that testing processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
