Who you are

You have excellent experience with Python backend development, having built scalable and robust systems that handle complex data. Your strong understanding of MongoDB allows you to model and optimize data for performance and scale, ensuring that the backend services you create are efficient and reliable. You are familiar with GraphQL and have implemented APIs that serve both internal and customer-facing systems, enhancing user experience and functionality. Your knowledge of API security, including authentication and rate limiting, ensures that the systems you build are secure and trustworthy. You have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, which enables you to provision and manage cloud infrastructure effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Software Engineer - AI Backend, you will strategize, drive, and execute core initiatives that connect the output of NLP and AI models with the Relyance product. You will design and build production-grade backend services in Python that power AI-driven security products, implementing LLM-powered agent workflows for real-world AI security use cases. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining GraphQL APIs, ensuring they are robust and scalable. You will model, store, and optimize data in MongoDB, focusing on performance and scalability. Additionally, you will containerize applications with Docker and deploy, scale, and operate them using Kubernetes. You will own system scalability, reliability, and performance from development to production, ensuring that the backend services meet the evolving needs of the business. Collaborating with a global, cross-functional team, you will contribute to building a generational AI security product that has a significant impact on the industry.
