Who you are

You have 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a product-focused company, where you've owned outcomes from start to finish. You are comfortable making decisions under pressure and can maintain calm when stakes are high. Your background may include roles as a PM, designer, or product-focused engineer, giving you a well-rounded perspective on product development.

You excel at breaking down complex problems into their simplest forms, applying first principles thinking to reach sound solutions. You are adept at communicating with users and internal teams, embedding insights directly into product priorities. Your ability to build trust and accountability within your team is a key strength, fostering a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the roadmap and outcomes for your pod, ensuring clarity even in ambiguous situations. You will engage with users and stakeholders frequently to gather input and make informed decisions that drive product success. Your responsibilities will include making tough calls on scope, timing, and trade-offs, allowing your team to focus on high-leverage work.

You will contribute directly to solutions when necessary, whether that involves prototyping or applying your design or technical skills to advance projects. Your focus will be on driving projects from concept to launch, measuring success by the impact of your work rather than just activity. You will cultivate strong communication rituals within your pod to build momentum and accountability.
