RemoFirst is hiring a Strategic Customer Success Manager to guide customers through the global employment process. You'll support onboarding and serve as a point of contact for future needs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer success.

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in global payroll or compliance. You understand the challenges faced by remote teams and are passionate about helping clients navigate their employment journey. Your excellent communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
You are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that customers receive the support they need throughout their onboarding process and beyond. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable working independently while collaborating with various stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at RemoFirst, you will be responsible for advising and guiding customers through the global employment process. You will support their onboarding onto the RemoFirst platform, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Sales, Product, and Finance teams to deliver a world-class customer experience.
You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them understand the services offered by RemoFirst and how to leverage them effectively. You will also work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided. Your goal is to foster long-term relationships with clients, helping them achieve their objectives while using our platform.
