Desirable
Experience in leading design for high-profile product launches and campaigns is a plus. Familiarity with AI-driven design processes and tools will enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
As the Brand Design Lead, you will define and evolve Replitβs global identity system, including typography, color, motion, iconography, and design principles. You will lead design efforts for high-profile product launches, campaigns, and events, ensuring that the brand is represented with clarity and cultural relevance. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to create standout expressions that inspire and resonate with users. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all design outputs align with the overarching brand strategy and mission of making programming accessible to everyone.
