You have a proven track record of managing high-stakes programs, demonstrating your ability to drive execution across product, engineering, research, and leadership teams. Your skills in surfacing dependencies and risks early in the process ensure that projects maintain momentum and clarity.

You excel at establishing and running program operating cadences, including milestones, reviews, and retrospectives, which are essential for long-running projects. Your ability to act as the technical glue between teams allows you to challenge assumptions and translate architectural decisions without slowing down project velocity.

Desirable

Experience with enterprise-level programs or projects is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and tools that facilitate cross-functional collaboration. You are comfortable using AI and automation to scale your program management efforts, ensuring that status synthesis, risk detection, and incident follow-ups are handled efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Replit's most complex programs, focusing primarily on the development of agent systems. You will drive execution across various teams, surfacing dependencies and risks early to maintain project momentum. Your role will involve establishing a program operating cadence that includes regular milestones, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure long-term success.

You will leverage AI and automation to enhance program management processes, using tools to synthesize status updates, detect risks, and follow up on incidents. Your ability to operate as the technical glue between teams will be crucial, as you will need to follow architectural decisions and challenge assumptions while translating trade-offs effectively.

As you take on additional high-stakes programs, you will be expected to maintain clarity and focus on execution, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
