What you'll do

As a Consultant 2 - .Net FSD at Reply, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative digital solutions for our clients. You will engage in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts to understand client needs and translate them into functional software solutions. Your contributions will help shape the user experience and drive the success of our projects. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles.

In addition to development tasks, you will participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing input on timelines and resource requirements. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and ensuring that deadlines are met. Your ability to manage your time effectively will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.
