You have a strong background in digital engagement and customer success, ideally with experience in managing scaled digital programs. You understand how to leverage insights platforms and automation to influence customer outcomes effectively. Your ability to analyze customer data and create structured programs ensures that customers progress through onboarding and adopt high-value features. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a unified digital experience. You are passionate about using technology to enhance customer journeys and drive engagement across various touchpoints. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
As the Digital Engagement Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of Resilincโs scaled Digital Success model. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers across their lifecycle using structured programs, predictive signals, automated messages, playbooks, and guided digital flows. You will partner closely with teams in Digital Success, Supplier Success, Support, Academy, Product, and Operations to ensure a seamless digital experience. Your work will involve analyzing customer interactions and leveraging insights to drive engagement and adoption of core capabilities. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer progress and implementing strategies to enhance usage resilience. Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers receive the support they need to maximize the value of Resilincโs offerings.
