Experience with audit tools is essential, as you will be using them to validate various data sets and technologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will audit and validate RetailNext analytics using established quality standards, ensuring that the insights delivered to retailers are accurate and reliable. You will troubleshoot traffic counting issues to achieve standard accuracy pass rates, working closely with customers and service engineers to identify and resolve any issues that arise. Documenting results for analysis and continuous improvement will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you complete all assigned audits within company SLAs. Your work will directly impact the quality of insights provided to clients, making your role crucial to the success of RetailNext's analytics solutions.
