What you'll do

As the Warehouse Director, you will lead all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure best-in-class inventory accuracy and controls, implementing cycle counting and reconciliation processes to maintain high standards. You will drive system discipline across ERP/WMS, focusing on item master hygiene and compliance with RF scanning protocols.

You will establish daily and weekly operating rhythms, conducting tier meetings and KPI reviews to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with Production, Planning, QA, and Procurement teams, you will ensure tight alignment on operational objectives and resource planning. Your strategic initiatives will aim to enhance throughput, optimize space utilization, and improve labor productivity.

In this role, you will also be responsible for fostering a high-integrity, data-driven culture within the warehouse. You will lead efforts to implement corrective and preventive actions based on root-cause analysis, ensuring continuous improvement in all operational processes. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling operations to meet evolving business needs while maintaining compliance and service excellence.
