What you'll do

In this role, you will independently lead and execute purification process characterization and development studies. You will be responsible for the installation and use of process development equipment, as well as assay and data analysis technology. Your work will involve monitoring and analyzing manufacturing data to provide insights that drive process improvements. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and other key groups involved in GMP manufacturing to ensure that processes are robust and consistent.

You will also play a critical role in technology transfers and scaling up processes, addressing any challenges that arise during these transitions. Your leadership will guide your team in troubleshooting process-related issues and conducting thorough root cause analyses of any manufacturing deviations. By continuously improving the quality and robustness of purification processes, you will contribute significantly to the success of Revance's protein biologic compounds.

What we offer

Revance offers a competitive salary range of $165,000 to $185,000 annually, along with performance bonuses.
