Who you are

You have 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, demonstrating a strong technical background that allows you to engage deeply with your team. With 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, you understand the nuances of team dynamics and how to foster a productive environment. You have experience working cross-functionally to build prioritized roadmaps for your teams, ensuring alignment with broader company goals. You can balance shipping new features, managing tech debt, and investing in system improvements, showcasing your ability to prioritize effectively. You are hands-on and perform code reviews and bug investigations when needed, ensuring high-quality outputs from your team. You are comfortable writing SQL queries to analyze data and find inconsistencies, which helps in making informed decisions.

What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at RevenueCat, you will lead a team of engineers in designing, building, and shipping end-to-end features and products that enhance the developer experience. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure that the tools you build are user-friendly and solve real customer problems. You will be responsible for mentoring your team members, helping them grow in their careers while also ensuring that the team meets its technical and product goals. You will engage in regular code reviews and technical discussions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Your role will also involve strategic planning, where you will work with other leaders to align your team's objectives with the company's vision. You will help create a supportive and innovative environment that encourages creativity and ownership among your team members.

What we offer

RevenueCat provides a fully remote and flexible work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in the Americas. We offer 4-5 weeks of suggested time off annually for mental, physical, and emotional recharge, along with a $2,000 USD stipend for workspace setup and a $1,000 USD annual stipend for continuous learning. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team spread across 25 countries, all while contributing to a platform that processes over $10B in annual purchase volume.
