Your collaborative spirit shines as you work closely with product and engineering partners, ensuring that every design moment reflects Rho's commitment to frictionless finance.
You are adept at leading design efforts for end-to-end product features across multiple surfaces. With a strong understanding of interaction patterns, you craft scalable and accessible solutions informed by data and user research. Your ability to develop prototypes to test concepts and gather feedback is complemented by your skill in communicating ideas clearly across design critiques and cross-functional meetings.
What you'll do
As a Staff Product Designer at Rho, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex product areas, consistently holding a high bar for usability, visual polish, and quality of execution. You will lead design efforts for product features, collaborating deeply with product managers and engineers to shape scope, identify dependencies, and optimize user flows. Your responsibilities will include defining interaction patterns, crafting scalable solutions, and upholding design quality by considering both micro-interactions and holistic experiences.
You will develop prototypes to test concepts, gather feedback, and drive alignment among stakeholders. Your role will also involve evolving design quality, ensuring that every aspect of the user experience is thoughtfully refined. You will communicate your ideas clearly and effectively, participating in design critiques and cross-functional meetings to advocate for the best user experience possible.
