You are familiar with leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT, to accelerate delivery while minimizing risk and complexity — your innovative mindset allows you to think outside the box and propose solutions that enhance efficiency and visibility across engineering.

What you'll do

As a Staff Release Engineer at Ridgeline, you will own and evolve the systems, tools, and processes that underpin our software delivery lifecycle — your work will drive efficiency and reliability across engineering, making you a force multiplier for product delivery. You will collaborate with various teams to architect and implement CI/CD pipelines that support high-quality releases.

You will be responsible for implementing automated quality gates that ensure code quality and reliability — your expertise will help reduce deployment friction and enhance the overall developer experience. You will also work on optimizing workflows and processes to ensure that code reaches production safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of automation and CI/CD practices to streamline the software delivery process — you will be expected to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our practices. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the team's ability to deliver high-quality software at a rapid pace.
