What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Consultant at Ridgeline, you will engage in technical and functional discovery with customers to understand their integration needs. You will work directly with customer and internal teams to define, design, and implement API-based solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that integrations are robust and scalable, ultimately impacting customer success positively.

You will contribute to the development of the Integration Library, helping to shape the way clients connect with our platforms. Your insights will inform product direction and enhance the overall customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to leverage AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in integration tasks.

In this collaborative environment, you will be expected to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
