Who you are
You have solid experience building responsive web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript β your expertise in modern React features like hooks, context, and state management sets you apart. You are comfortable with form handling and have experience building complex forms with robust validation logic, ensuring data integrity while making data entry easy for users.
Your styling proficiency allows you to create polished UIs, and while experience with Styled Components is a major plus, you know how to translate designs into pixel-perfect reality. You are user-obsessed and don't just write code; you build products that enhance the user experience. Familiarity with design tools like Figma or similar is a plus, helping you collaborate effectively with design teams.
What you'll do
As a Staff Engineer at Ripple, you will be working on Palisade, Rippleβs flagship wallet as a service platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that improve the user experience. You will take ownership of the front-end development process, ensuring that applications are responsive and user-friendly. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
You will be responsible for translating complex requirements into functional and appealing interactive applications. Your contributions will directly impact the way businesses, fintechs, and banks build digital asset treasury, payment, and exchange use-cases. You will work closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the final product meets user needs and aligns with Ripple's mission of improving the global financial system.
