Your experience includes managing smart contract release lifecycles, from architecting to auditing and post-release management. You thrive in autonomous environments and enjoy building new products from scratch, demonstrating your ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, researchers, product managers, and operations teammates. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across teams. Your work will involve spearheading research into innovative smart contract functionalities, contributing to the development of cutting-edge applications at the intersection of crypto and AI.
You will manage the entire smart contract release lifecycle, ensuring that each release meets the highest standards of quality and security. This includes collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to define requirements, conducting audits, and overseeing post-release evaluations. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Ritual's products, enabling developers to access AI models both on-chain and off-chain.
