What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Creator Studio, you will manage a team of engineers dedicated to enhancing the developer experience for Roblox's community of creators. You will drive the strategy and vision for the tools and solutions your team develops, ensuring they meet the needs of both internal and external developers. Your role will involve setting clear objectives, providing mentorship, and facilitating professional growth for your team members.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define the roadmap for your team's initiatives. This includes prioritizing features, gathering feedback, and iterating on solutions to create a best-in-class development experience. You will also be responsible for monitoring the success of your team's projects, using metrics and feedback to guide future improvements.
