What you'll do

You will categorize creative concepts using established Gamer Motivation Models, ensuring that our advertisements resonate with players' preferences. Collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing and Design teams, you will help bridge the gap between audience targeting and visual storytelling, enhancing the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

You will explore and implement AI-assisted tools to support rapid creative ideation and testing at scale, allowing for innovative approaches to marketing strategies. Your work will directly contribute to the overall mission of Roblox to connect a billion people through engaging and immersive experiences.
