Who you are
You have a strong background in data analysis, with experience in SQL and data visualization tools β you've successfully delivered insights that drive operational improvements and support decision-making processes. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify trends and opportunities within complex datasets, and you are comfortable presenting your findings to senior leadership.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven changes β your ability to communicate effectively ensures that your insights are understood and actionable. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, which helps you tackle unique challenges in the operations domain.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the analysis and reporting of Operations Workflows, delivering weekly and monthly KPI packs for senior leadership β your insights will be critical in understanding the operational performance of the organization. You will partner with Operations leaders to scope, implement, and measure data-driven process changes, running pre/post or experimental evaluations to ship actionable recommendations.
You will identify opportunities through trend analysis and data exploration, ensuring that the Trust & Safety Operations team can scale effectively while enhancing user experience. Your work will directly contribute to Roblox's mission of creating safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.
