What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and executing automation projects that support the recruiting teams at Roblox. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, People Science, to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burdens. Your success will be measured by how effectively you empower stakeholders to scale their hiring efforts while ensuring that all processes are backed by validated and consistent data. You will also be involved in analyzing current processes and recommending improvements that align with the company's mission to connect a billion people.
